Tabata Legs
Well I crushed the legs tonight using the Tabata Method, 8 sets of 8 reps:
Squat 230 lbs
Leg Press 330 lbs
Leg Ext 140 lbs
Leg Curl 130 lbs
Have to use the banister to help me get up and down the stairs tonight!
The only way to grow is with INTENSITY.
